YAK-ETY YAK (DON’T SEND IT BACK!)
I love this thing. So warm. Great color. Can be dressed up or down. You may pay a bit more for Schott products but there’s a reason for that. Highly recommend.
HE LOVES IT
The sweater is soft and warm and he loves it. He’ll be wearing it regularly and we’re both very happy with the quality and style of the product. We love Schott products.
With that said we did have an issue with initially receiving the wrong size due to a packing and shipping error on Schott’s part.. We used the online exchange process to replace with the correct size but then discovered it was too large so had to pay to replace with what turned out to be the correct size. I was afraid it might sell out before Xmas. It was a lot of running back and forth and additional stress that didn’t need to happen if the correct size had been sent in the first place. With that said the online exchange and return process is nice and to me seems better than probably 99% of other retailers.
Since 1913, we have stood behind the quality of our products. That's why for our customers, if you are not happy with your item, you can send it back to us, with no questions asked. Our return and exchange policy is valid for *30 days from when the item was shipped, and make sure the original tags are attached, and it has not been worn.
