Perfecto® is a federally and internationally registered trademark owned by Schott NYC Corp., and has been used continuously in commerce for nearly a century. The mark represents the origin, quality, and heritage of Schott NYC’s apparel and is recognized worldwide as a symbol of authentic American craftsmanship.
Only products manufactured by Schott NYC are authorized to bear the Perfecto® name.
Schott NYC actively protects its intellectual property rights, including the Perfecto® trademark, against unauthorized use, infringement, dilution, and misrepresentation. Use of the Perfecto® name in connection with jackets, apparel, or related goods without authorization from Schott NYC may violate federal and state trademark laws.
Schott NYC does not license the Perfecto® trademark to third-party manufacturers of jackets or apparel except pursuant to an express written agreement.
