Lovely jacket, very subtle leather and great quality. I got it in 2XL and it fits like a glove. I am 6'2'', 230 pounds, 38" waist, 46 chest and 36 sleeves.

It’s Schott! It’s lovely, best fitting true to size and very comfortable. Buttery soft leather which also smells very nice. It’s really go-to jacket. Wear it every day. Any occasion, great!

Love this jacket; I'm 5'11" and weigh 167 lbs -- I was hesitant to get the large size (large was recommended but I wondered if the medium would fit better) but after receiving the large size it fits very well; sleeves are a little long but not long enough to have them altered. I like a jacket with a lot of pockets and this has four - two handwarmers, one exterior chest and one inside pocket. I'm already looking at other Schott jackets to purchase in the future.

Greta looking jacket. Very high in quality. When I opened up the box I did not know what to expect. Was pleasantly surprised on fit, quality, and craftmanship. One can never go wrong with Schott.

This jacket was exactly what I was looking for. This is a lightweight jacket and the softness of the lambskin is incredible. The fit is classic as opposed to a slim fit. This is a quality jacket that you can dress down with jeans or up with dress pants. I am 6' 3" tall and weigh 245 pounds. The XXL fit me well with room for a thicker layer under the jacket if desired. This is my first Schott and for sure not my last.

This is my third Schott leather jacket and it is excellent as always. It is very much worth the price. I am 6 feet 2 inches tall and weigh 180 pounds. The large size fits perfect for all three jackets. I am sure I will be back for a fourth jacket in the future.

I usually do not spend a lot on leather jackets, I try to get them on sale at the end of the season. A google search led me to Schott which I never heard of. I like simple jackets, and this seemed perfect. Money well spent. Quality great and leather so soft. Denise was very helpful during the process. Thanks.

I haven't had a quality leather jacket since... 1986 when my original Harley jacket was destroyed.
Tried store jackets with the lousy zippers and veneer leather.
Decided to give Schott a try.
Just wow! Quality from the zippers to the lining, and especially the leather and stitch work.
I wear a medium in other jackets and shirts but went with the recommended large and it fits beautifully. Perhaps a smidge long in the sleeves, but so close I'm still undecided if it is a wee bit long.
Should this jacket not outlive me, I'd happily buy another. I will recommend Schott to friends who are in need of new leathers though.

I love almost everything about this jacket. Soft beautiful leather and the weight of the jacket is just right. I love that it has a collar. My biggest complaint is that the sleeves are way too long. I’m 5’6” tall and the sleeves reach my fingertips. This is the downside of buying clothing online. Now I have to find a tailor that works with leather and pay extra money. Very disappointing.

I'm not as knowledgeable about leather jackets, but I have purchased enough leather goods to know that you get what you pay for. The jacket looks amazing and have no regrets purchasing. For reference, the fit guide said L but I went with a medium and I love the fit. I'm about 6' 170lbs with a little bit bigger chest and have no issues.

This is my first Schott leather jacket and I am pleased with my purchase. Incredibly soft and supple out of the box. I am 5’11”, 190 lbs, and the large fits perfectly. After receiving it, I immediately ordered the 530 Waxed Natural Pebbled Cowhide Café Leather Jacket. It is expensive, but in this case, you get what you pay for!!

This is just an ideal leather jacket for me. I’m not big into the breaking in process to a leather jacket, which may sound funny because leather wears in within time but this is lamb skin so it’s already soft and supple. The collar is nice and standard, the overall jacket is lightweight for any day wearing. And it’s nice to have the standard 2 side pockets and inside pocket, plus I like how the sleeves have no zippers or anything fancy it’s just a simple leather jacket I’d highly recommend. And to give an idea on the fit of this jacket, I’m 6’3 and weigh 175lbs and the size large fits me great I have enough room for another layer if I want.

The jacket is a regular fit not slim or loose just a easy fit to wear.

I received my 246 the other day.
I wanted a light weight jacket seeing that I own a 135 and a 596, both heavy jackets.
On opening the box and lifting the 246 I could certainly feel the difference in weight.
I bought the XL as recommended by the fit guide.
It fits perfectly everywhere except the sleeve length, 2.5” too long,almost down to my finger tips ??
So it’s gone off to a tailor to have them shortened, costing an additional €40
As I’m in Ireland it would not be worth sending it back to Schott.
Why is it that when you go to XL that the sleeves are so much longer? Yet the other measurements only add an additional 1”-1.5” in the back or across the shoulders?????
Anyway, I’m a fan. Super cool jacket and as I said nice and light weight but still strong.
Very stylish, comfortable and a cool matte finish.
I hope to get the 582 shortly to complete my lighter weight collection, winters have become milder in Ireland over the past few years so these (246,582) jackets will ensure I stay wearing my favourite leather (Schott)

This jacket deserves the almost universal 5 Star rating it's received on Schott's website. It is expertly tailored. Made of quality lambskin. Soft, supple, with beautiful and soft lining. Best of all, it fits like a glove. Marvelous.

For those considering this jacket, here is a fitment tip. I'm 6' 1" 220 with 35" to 36" sleeves and a 38" waist. The 2XL was a perfect fit. Could not have been better if it was tailored for me.

This jacket is fantastic, quality made , soft leather, no break in required and fits very well, not loose, not tight. I am 6' tall 185 lbs, 42" chest, 34" waist.

This jacket is awesome. The leather is super soft. It fits at hip length, which is perfect if you have a concealed carry permit and conceal carry your weapon. The fit is just right, I’m a 6’ tall, 180 lb guy and the M size feels like it was made for me. I will definitely buy from Schott again.

I have been looking for a simple collared leather jacket for awhile and when I came across the 246 I thought it was exactly what I was looking for. I received this jacket about a month ago and have mixed feelings about it. This is about the 6th or 7th jacket I have bought from Schott and they have all been 5 star jackets in every way.

I love Schott's products however this jacket has some issues. I almost sent it back when I received it but decided to keep it and then another issued developed after wearing it a few times and I was unable to return it.

First the good:
-excellent lambskin leather that is a little heavier than most lambskin.
-nice lining.
-the size was right on, I am 5' 11", 195 lbs, XL fit perfectly.
-jacket has a nice simple, sleek, slightly tapered cut.
-the finish and color is gorgeous.

Not so good:
-the sleeves were waaay long, all the way to my fingertips!??
-the sleeve openings (cuffs) seem too large.
-There is a two piece panel on the bottom of the back of the jacket and it appears the two pieces were not laying flat when sewn together so there is an odd wrinkle in that panel sometimes and I am hoping that it eventually settles down and looks OK. This issue didn't appear until after I had worn it a few times but if I had been noticeable when it arrived, I would definitely have returned it.
-The back length is 27" in the product description, this jacket is 28" long which is a little longer than I like.
-I had to take it to a local tailor to have the sleeves shortened and that cost me an additional $40.

So in summary I feel that this could have been a really wonderful jacket however due to the listed issues, I have to admit I am somewhat disappointed.

The ideal jacket. The matte finish is so smooth, it quietly stands out without going over the top. A perfect wardrobe addition from a top-notch company.

I am very happy I purchased the style 246 jacket. It looks and feels great. It’s lightweight, but not too light. It’s a bit thicker than other brand lambskin jackets in the same category. This may not keep you warm enough in colder climates, but is perfect for mild, cool temperatures. The style is casual, but is sleek enough to wear with office and formal clothes. I think this is one of Schott NYC’s most versitile leather jackets. You can not go wrong wearing it with a variety of outfits. As for the quality, you can expect exceptional material and workmanship. I highly recommend this jacket! Also, thank you to Schott NYC for their excellent customer service!

True to form for Schott, this jacket fits the bill perfectly for a light weight jacket that bridges the gap between that perfect daily wearer that looks refined heading out for the evening. The fit is true to size and comfortably manages t-shirts through sweaters. Quality is high as you'd expect from Schott, very happy with the purchase, great jacket!

This is my first leather jacket and have to say that I wish I'd bought one years ago. I live in the southeast so was looking for something lighter that I could wear for 3 seasons. The fit and quality of this jacket superb. I'm 5'8" and weigh 165 lbs. .

I highly recommend this jacket if you are looking for a casual leather jacket in a classic style that will be around for years to come. The price was a little higher than I wanted to pay but, "you get what you pay for".

This jet black fashion jacket is incredibly lightweight. It feels so soft and light when you wear it, you can barely notice it is on you. The material is very soft and buttery smooth. Plenty of room inside. If you want a super-tight fit, you might want to size down. Because of the cloud-like softness, I'm afraid the jacket might not be as durable as a cowhide jacket, but it is very high quality. The original lining pattern has changed, but Schott assured me it is the same quality. Lining is soft cotton. Very happy with my purchase.

Bought my first Schott's from Leather6410 here in Chicago. It has been a transformative experience.

This is the perfect leather jacket for Spring/Summer/Autumn. The leather is soft and supple right out of the box. Very high quality jacket. For the fit: I am 6 feet 4 inches tall, weigh 200lbs, 35/36 waist, 44 chest. The XL is a perfect fit; I am not seeking a sleek fit like a moto racer; this is a comfortable fit, with room for a very thin sweater if needed. Ample amount of shoulder room, too.

This feather-weight leather jacket is ideal for late Spring and early Fall weather. Looks sharp on the outside and has enough room on the inside for layering. It has a traditional yet transcendent appearance. I would like to see this same style of jacket made in a brown lambskin too.

I've been looking/waiting for this jacket for years. A casual, easy to pull off, dare I say normal, jacket with a spread collar. This is my second Schott (Mission), and I recommend the brand to everyone. But a lot of their jackets are extreme. Obviously not a bad thing. I tried the 689H, which is an insane jacket, but it's just too much to walk around in and not feel a bit self conscious. This is pure normalcy in the best way. Top notch quality as always from Schott

This is my second Schott jacket. I knew the quality to expect and I wasn't disappointed. I love these coats,the history of the company, the standard they excel to.If one knows what they want, Schott is the way to go.
