MY FIRST, BUT CERTAINLY NOT MY LAST!
So I originally ordered a size medium based on reviews and sizing chart, but in my experience the size chart was not accurate. I’m 5’7, 165lbs and chest size 38-40. Being that this style is not a slim fit, the size medium was way too baggy and the sleeves were excessively long. I exchanged for a size small and it fit like a glove and I can still comfortably layer sweaters and hoodies underneath. The sleeves are a bit too long for my preference, so I’ll be taking it in to get tailored. Overall, it is a beautiful jacket and one that stands out in my closet amongst my other leather jacket brands. I’ll definitely be purchasing another Schott jacket in the future.
OLE SCHOOL NYC
I remember my first Schott Jacket back in the day it was a MC Jacket and it fit beautiful. The leather was top quality, and I had that jacket for years, until I grew out of it size wise. At that time I lived in NYC and Schott was always the best. fast forward 40 years later and yes I just bought another Schott jacket the "Wildcat" and there is NO doubt Schott still makes an EXCELLENT jacket ! It was well worth the $$$$ this jacket will last longer then me....I'll hand it down to my Son, Beautiful style not too bad boy looking just the right type of cool. THANK YOU SCHOTT NYC
JACK'S REVIEW SIZE 42 WILDCAT
My height is 5'10 in. weight 170, arm length 30 1/2 inches, athletic build. After viewing your website and sizing chart I ordered the Wildcat in 42 regular and am pleased with the purchase. I can wear just a t-shirt under the jacket without it looking oversized or wear a heavy shirt or sweatshirt without the jacket looking too small. the shoulder gussets perform as they should allowing comfortable movement in both cases. The waist could be a smidge smaller but the nature of the jacket for me is semi loose casual. The length of the jacket is ideal, not too long nor too short. The price is easily within budget for a garment of this quality and could easily be higher. I wear the jacket, it does not wear me. I will enjoy this jacket for many years. The quality is impeccable. Thank you to everyone at Schott for a job well done. This is one of the few purchases I have made in my 70 years that ranks 100%.

EYE CANDY
I have been learning about Schott over the past month and I have to say I am proud to be born and raised in NJ . The Schott headquarters factory based in Union NJ has been making these beautiful jackets for more than 100 years !
Anyway this jackets quality is superb and the leather is just unmatched. I am 5’ 7” and 140lbs and got a medium. I wanted a fit that wasn’t right with room to layer and this was perfect! The sleeves were a bit long but I had them tailored and the jacket is now my second skin.
This is my first Schott jacket and won’t be my last ;)
SUPREME QUALITY & FIT
This is the 5th Schott leather jacket I've purchased over 20 yrs and as with the previous jackets I've purchased, I could not be more pleased with this Waxy Cowhide Jacket! There is no comparison to the quality of leather, the workmanship and the excellent fit. This jacket has a good fit thru the chest along with a bit longer sleeve length which is great for my slim body and longer arms. The leather is perfect in appearance, durable and will last longer than my life. And the workmanship is without question! The jackets are a bit costly but well worth the look and quality!
COOL JACKET
After looking for a black leather jacket for a while I found this. It looks cool and is comfortable. I generally wear a large size and I found it to run slightly large but it still fits well. Overall I would recommend it.
CLEANLY STYLED SUPER SOFT LEATHER JACKET
I have several Schott leather jackets/coats so getting this Wildcat jacket was a want not a need. It is very cleanly styled and the leather is super soft but strong and is sure to become a favorite of mine. It is somewhat lightweight even with the nylon quilted lining so it can be paired with a sweater if one chooses. Needless to say construction/quality are impeccable and is expected at this price point. Another winning look from Schott!
