I ordered this item and the size was wrong, the exchange Process was easy and the documentation simple and smooth.
Due to the price and the importance to myself I was anxious to know the details of the exchange; when it returned to the warehouse, if the exchange was accepted etc...
I emailed the store and a helpful representative by the name of Jerri was happy enough to help me locate my item, inform me that the exchange was processed and the new size was on its way back to me with the tracking information.
