PERFECT FOR RESCUING THE DAUGHTERS OF HEADS OF STATE

SIZING

For those who need info about the sizing: as it is now common knowledge, this jacket runs big. My measurements are: height - 173cm (5'8), weight - 73kg (162 pounds), chest size - 97 cm (38"). Initially I bought a size 38 (the site recommended such size) but it was far too big for me, especially in the shoulders and sleeves. Now I've got myself a size 34. This size would not allow me much in terms of layering but looks-wise it is as close to perfect as it can get.

My suggestion would be to size down at least one size for an "intended" fit and two sizes down for a slim and most "tailored" look.

I’m so finally glad to have an incredible B3 jacket after having a few different ones before this, this one takes the cake! I’ve been wanting this jacket for over a year and the quality and detail on it is phenomenal. It did take me 2 returns to get the right size as I wanted mine to be more fitted and I just want to wear it over a t shirt or a light long sleeve so keep in mind if that’s what you are going for you may want to order two sizes down than what you’re thinking as this jacket is made a bit big. ITS AN AMAZING JACKET!

This is my THIRD jacket from Schott and I'm thrilled. Do not listen to the sizing calculator here - I've got a 42.5" chest (5'10" and 185lbs muscular build) and the calculator put me at a size 42! I bought the 40 assuming it would run large and even that was too big! I wear a 38 just right and it's got a slightly tailored look just like Leon from RE ;)

This review might be a little bit long but informative.

FINALLY. This is literally the jacket of my dreams! I remember seeing the RE4 remake and just thinking that I had to buy it. It is pricey but its undoubtedly a work of art that will last for a lifetime due to its unmatched quality.

NOW FOR SIZING...Heed my words, the jacket is bigger than you think it is. I am 172cm with a 42 inch chest and a very muscular build. The measurements in the site advised me on a size 42 as a "standard" which ended up in me having to return the jacket due to how big the arms and the overall size was!

I received the size 40 today and it fits perfectly. Not too tight, not too loose. That said, if you are looking for a standard fit, unless you are extremely skinny or too overweight, I recommend you to buy one size down from what the site recommends you.

The exchange process was grueling due to fedex charging me again for the duties that I had paid and just a bunch of issues with them understanding that this was an exchange order. I live in Canada so I bet that the exchange must be way easier being in the states.

Overall, while a bit annoyed at the experience with the sizing and the exchange, this jacket is the best one that I have ever received and I love it.

The package arrived with tape methodically placed on the box. Branded tape, mind you. Eagerly I carefully cut along the edges and wrapped in branded paper I find the coat of my dreams.

First impression was how heavy this is. How "sturdy" it feels. There was no skimping on anything. The inside was luxurious and the outside was soft (but a bit stiff, as you'd expect with a leather jacket such as this). I am 5 foot 10 & about 160 pounds and ordered a size 34 and it was a perfect snug fit. Pockets are spacious and the zipper is flawless.

I am eager for it to get cold so I can wear this daily. Nuclear winter can't come soon enough.

I ordered this before going to the very North of Japan. Turned up spot on, superb. Size was awesome. Product itself, even better.
I wore it on the first day with a t-shirt underneath - it was -12c. I then made any excuse I could think of to wear it every day, even when it warmed up a lot !
First class delivery and even better product ! I have 3 Schott jackets now. Not sure that’s enough ……
