THE JACKET IS VERY LONG
I'm 5'6 and ordered xs but ended up returning it because it was way too long. It came all the way down to my crotch when left unzipped. I have several other schott jackets, two in small and one in extra small and none of them go so low as my crotch. Very disappointed because I was excited when I ordered.
WHY YOU SHOULD ORDER ONLY FROM SCHOTT WEBSITE
Fantastic bomber jacket! Couldn’t be happier with the quality and fit. I used the sizing chart and was borderline large/ extra large. I ordered the extra large to give me a little more room and it fits great!
One note: there’s at least one online outfit that purports to distribute Schott jackets at half price (I figured it was a summer sale) but what arrived was a replica (as they themselves described it) much lower quality and I’m having trouble getting a refund. Best to order directly from Schott’s website as I learned the hard way.

AMAZING FLIGHT JACKET
Brought this jacket for my husband. Great texture of the leather. Not heavy ,but thick enough for Australia winter. The measurement spreadsheet from Schott staff helped a lot, since my husband's normal size is M, But this time size S fits well after checking the size spreadsheet. Thanks again

PERFECT FITTING
My size information is: height, 5 ft 8 in; weight, 143 lbs; chest, 35 in; and fit preference, standard.
Based on the information, the system said size S.
The size S is perfect for me.
SUPERB
I knew this was going to be nice based on the brand and the price - but it still significantly exceeded my own expectations based on other leather jackets I’ve owned over time. Even though it was pricey, I still feel like it was a great value and I’ll definitely be buying again.
A-2 FLIGHT JACKET
This jacket fits perfectly, and is quite striking. A little warm now to use, but come October it will be great daily outwear
5'11" RECOMMENDED M, BUT....
Leather is fantastic for the price, and this is my second Schott. However, one issue is with the length. The shoulder to shoulder is perfect for an athletic build at size medium, but those with long torso will feel the waist is a bit short. I understand that this has to do with the style, but be warned that there will be times when the jacket rises above the waist.
Don't even bother with the Large. The problem is that the shoulders will be too boxy for your frame, and the arm sleeves will go over your arms.
I would prefer another inch to the waist, and deducted a star.
Overall, the Schott sizing tool is near spot on. I have the 543 and the recommended Large size is quite good.
GREAT LEATHER
Very nice leather, substantial in weight but not heavy. The fit was perfect thanks to the too on the website. Best feature is it is made in USA.
