RUST JACKET IS DISTRESSED!!
Nowhere in the description does it say this jacket is distressed, but the one sent to me had a huge oily mark and giant scuffs across the back, and the sleeves looked filthy. The front looked perfectly fine, just a few marks that you might expect on any leather jacket. But the back was a disaster. Also, the sleeves would have better fit a gorilla, they were so long. Very disappointing for such an expensive jacket, which I now have to pay to return.

SMOOTH LEATHER
I love this jacket! I bought this as my Christmas and birthday present. I'm about 46x38x44 and I bought the 2x at the NYC location. The fit was perfect. I wore it and it's melds to my body. Great fit spring and fall.. and warmer winter days. Super excited I got it.
GORGEOUS JACKET
This was definitely an investment purchase for me, and I conducted months of research before deciding to go with an iconic Schott. I'm so glad that I did. The jacket is a gorgeous color, and the leather is supple and substantial at the same time. It doesn't need to be broken in as much as it needs a little time to mold itself to my shape and become *my* jacket. I also appreciate the speedy shipping, and the fact that a live human being answers the phone after one or two rings if you have occasion to call them. I'm not crazy about the bright gold lining, but it isn't something I can't live with. My one complaint is that they don't cover the cost of return shipping if you need to exchange for a different size, as I did. Just seems like a courtesy a company should offer when you're purchasing a pricey product. Overall, though, I'm thrilled with my purchase and my experience.
END ALL BE ALL JACKET
I tried on many Schott jackets and all of them our special in their own way. However, the 536W's cut and finish of the leather sold me. This is literally the only leather jacket I will ever need. It's much softer and thicker compared to the famous 626VNW. I deff prefer this one. It also feels like it has more flexibility in the arms which is needed if you ride a motorcycle everyday.

PERFECTION
High quality, accurately described item received well packaged and quickly. All online reviews pointed me toward Schott for my first leather jacket purchase and as I live in a very rural area I was unable to ever even try on any similar item before making this purchase. Questions sent to customer service prior to ordering were answered in a timely manner and I've no doubt any problems would likewise be addressed, however, this jacket is perfection in every way.
LIKED IT BEST
I tried several Schott jackets and liked the fit on this one the best. I have also tried lots of not-Scott and they are mostly lambskin which I don't want. I don't want to have to baby this jacket.
While the leather is a bit too pebbled I like how it is substantial but not too stiff. This was a big investment and once I tore the tags off I was very glad. I don't think I'll ever regret owning it.
