1. How quickly will my order ship after it is placed?
Your order will process within 1-2 business days pending verification. Any orders placed after 3:00pm EST will ship out the next business day.
2. How can I get my order to ship out on the same day that I place my order?
Any orders placed before 12 noon EST with Expedited shipping will ship out the same day that the order is placed pending verification. Almost all orders placed before noon EST will ship out same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will not ship out until the following business day.
3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do ship outside the Continental US. Please note there may be taxes and duties imposed on your order that are not reflected in our shipping rate. The customer is responsible for those charges upon delivery. Check with you local customs office for more information. 4. Can I pick up/exchange my order at your factory?
No. As much as we would like to meet everyone, this is a working factory and unfortunately we do not have the staff available to work with customers at the factory.
Schott NYC - Easy Return Policy
We at Schott NYC have been standing behind our quality for over 100 years so you can wear your jacket with pride. That's why for all customers located in the USA, if you are not happy with your jacket, you can send it back to us unworn with the original tags still attached for any reason at all - for a full refund of the merchandise. We accept unworn returns for up to 30 days from the date the item was shipped. Returns must come with the original hang tags attached. For any footwear we ask that you return in the original packaging provided. Failure to do so will result in a $10 processing fee. If you are unsure of your correct size and would like some additional assistance, please send us an email at (SIZES@SCHOTTNYC.COM) with your measurements and the jacket(s) of interest.
For international customers, we strongly urge you to confirm the sizing with us, and make sure you are ordering the proper item because the cost of shipping an item back to us will be very costly for you. You will be responsible for all freight and duty charges relating to a returned shipment. If a shipment is returned undelivered, we will credit the value of the order less freight charges in both directions.
When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received (e.g., for gifts with purchase, free gifts, buying in quantity). If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned.
