XL or XXL for Storm

I simply cannot visit the Schott website without having to take a look at the Storm jacket.  It may be the clean lines or the reddish undertones of the Nubuck that arrests me, but it never fails to catch my eye.  It is simply beautiful.  I am not sure which size would be better.  My best fitting jacket measures 26.5" pit-to-pit, 22.5" shoulder-to-shoulder,  and 26" shoulder-to-cuff. Any insight would be appreciated.

Please contact Denise in our customer service she can email you the measurement specs for the Storm, so you compare the measurements to your best fitting jacket.

Well, I dont have my exact measurements.  I'm 5'9" 200 lbs. 34" waist 44" chest.

I just bought a P673 in XL.  Cuffs fall about an inch short of my knuckles.  Shoulder to wrist is 23".

I love the jacket.  The leather is incredible, and the nubuck is just the right amount of texture.

Hope this helps.

If this is the kind of customer support I can expect from Schott, I'm out.  I suppose it would be too difficult for  you to click, copy, and paste my info to someone in your own organization.

I am not sure what better info you want from Schott and I am not sure what other company would actually give you measurements of one of there items. Most of our customers are very happy to have the ability to get the actual measurements. I suggested getting the specs mainly because you you stated you have a jacket that fits you perfect, this way you could compare the jackets. If you prefer you can send our customer service all your measuremets height, shoulder, chest, sleeve and we will recommend the size you need based on your measurements. Please note we recommend the size you are but we can not recommend a size on a preference of fit by you, such as a snug/tighter fit. I am sorry it was inconvient for you to email Denise directly for the specs, you are the first person since this forum started to complain about this.

Gail,

This guy is an anomaly. We all love you and your infinite and invaluable insight. I'm sorry you even have to read responses like the one this guy left.

You aren't required to respond or help, but we are sure glad you do!

Happy New Year Gail!

Hey Biggt, do you know that Gail retired from the Schott company and only answers questions and inquires on this forum out of the goodness of her heart. Do you really expect her to have all the measurements of all the sizes of all the different models of jackets at her fingertips?

If your really having difficultly deciding what size jacket fits you I suggest you refer to the fit guide on the Schott website or order the jacket in different sizes and return the one that doesn't fit.
