Hey Tom1988,

Thanks for the reply, but I’m looking for a 42 L.

I’ve owned a couple of shorter jackets, and soon discovered that they ride up over the top of my jeans in the back, when I’m on my bike, and it drives me nuts.

Thanks again, and good luck with the sale. It’s a beautiful jacket you’ve got there.

Is it possible that there are NO 141’s or 118’s in size 42L out there? I find that hard to believe...

Still looking...

I have a Black 42L 141.

Looking to swap for a Black 519 Large.

I noticed someone had a 519 listed, so I reached out to him to see if he still has it.

You still after a 42L 141?

Mine was purchased at the Schott shop in Chicago last fall. I've worn it around 20 times. It's not worn in yet. Basically as-new, except some very minor rippling at the inner elbow as youd expect.

I am. How much are you asking?

PistolPete on 09/08/19 at 12:09 PM

Hi Yango,

Looking to cover the cost of the 519 I’d be switching too.

The one I’m likely to get from another forum poster is $650

Thoughts?

I’ll get you some photos in the next few days.

Hey Pistolpete, sorry for the delay, I was out of town for the last few days.

I’ve got a budget of around $500 USD (plus shipping).

I wouldn’t mind seeing those pics if you have them.

Hi Yango,

Apologies, been crazy busy.

I'm looking to get more than $500 tbh. Trying to make this work, however. Can you come up to $620? This will save you at least $250 (more with tax) off one NWT.

I understand thats more than you may have been looking at spending (investing!) but $650 is a good figure on a jacket in this condition. $500ish will get a so-so one at best I think. Just a thought.

Let me know what you think. (obviously pending pics).

When ever you get a chance, post the pics please.

Keep in mind the jackets made as a Long are in very short supply on the used market...if you know the body length and sleeve length you need there may be some newer styles that are cut longer...the Schott folks can guide you with that if you ask.

 Here are some photos.

I have the zip-in liner too. Just not pictured

What are your thoughts on 620?

Cheers

(just noticed the red on the rear buckle and zips - its reflection of my t-shirt - not actually a thing)

Hey Yango, did you get a chance to take a look?

Cheers

I did. I'm going to pass. Factor in the exchange and shipping, and it's pretty close to a thousand bucks. Definitely more than I'm looking to spend.

Thanks
