Small piece of paper with the number in the coin flap pocket

Good day! My name is Edward, I'm from Russia! Being a connoisseur of things with history, I bought my Perfecto 118 in Moscow, not far from Red Square. Signed place, isn't it? :) But the question is different. Carefully examining the contents of the pockets, I came across a small piece of paper with the number that was in the coin flap pocket (photo). Perhaps he hit the pocket by chance in the store. Or maybe this is the number of the employee who performed what kind of jacket sewing operation? If so, I would like to thank for his work. In any case, I express my deep gratitude and appreciation to the entire Schott NYC team for your work and high-quality products, in which you and your team invest their work and soul.

This small piece of paper is a quality control number, for the person the inspected this jacket after it was made.

???? ????????:

Thanks for the reply Gail! And what do these numbers mean, can you explain? If this is not confidential information and not a secret of the company.

The number represents the person's ID who was given this number to identify who inspected the jacket.
