The last year I show this style #359 being offered in a catalog was 1995, based on the pocket ticket's barcode and the 5th digit being a "9" it appears this jacket was made in 1999. This could be a special make-up of the style for a retail distributor, or a style we still offered to our western retailers. Looking at your photo is this jacket on the same hanger as a black quilt jacket, or is this quilt part of this jacket, as I do not recall this jacket ever having a quilt insert. Through the years when this this style was offered we offered the jacket in a variety of colors.

Nice to talk to you again. No Quilt Lining. I just Put the Western Coat over a Quilted Sport Jacket.
I feel Helps keep the Coats Shoulders in Shape. It’s a Very Heavy Coat. Made Beautiful. The Suede is As you know The Best In Quality. No Color Fading.
I was Very Lucky to find this Coat in my Size 50. You see a lot of Smaller Sizes come up for Sale. It really was taken care of it looks Unworn! Only Problm is Its too warm out to wear it now??
Great Information on the Years Made and that mine was made in 1999. Thank You Again for the Priceless Information.
Have a Great Day!
