Do you know how the mediums fit?  Iv only dealt with numbered sizes.

Ya man, first it helps to know what your measurements are. I'm about 5'11", 180lbs with a 42" chest. . Generally, you want to go one size down from your normal button down shirt. If you want modern slim look (Ex, I wear large shirts, so I wear a medium in jackets) 

If your looking for a really slim rocker jacket, I'd suggest the 626 or 526 rather than a 519.
