Looking for some info

Hello

I came across this jacket in a second hand shop in Philly, and as soon as I saw it I ran and grabbed it. At first I thought it might be a fake because I had never seen a jacket with leather like this. But it was priced cheap so I figured I'd take a chance. I did some research and am guessing that this is a style 118 in naked cowhide. It has a YKK zipper and a Canada Century buckle Thats about all I've got. And I'm having trouble dating it becvasue it's practically unworn. It looks like it was bought then hung in a closet.

Any information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much

And on a side note, I was so excited when I saw this that I totally forgot to look at the size tag, and it's waaaaaaay too big. So either someone is getting a really nice jacket for Christmas, or it'll end up for sale.

Thanks again

Based on the pocket ticket the jacket is a 118 in a Long size. The 5th digit on the barcode is a "3" which represents the year it was made. It could be 1993 or 2003 based on the Century buckle which we used from 1990 to 2007. Is the Care label a Leathercraft Process or a Arrow Leather Care? It could be from 1993 because of the YKK front zipper, What is the name on the the sleeve zipper pulls?

Hi Gail,

Thanks so much for your response.

The sleeve zipper pulls are stamped IDEAL, and the care label is Leathercraft.

Based on the zippers and the Leathercraft label I believe the jacket was produced in 1993.
