Identify a jacket

Wondering if anyone can identify this Schott Perfecto jacket for me? I can't find anything like it online.

Look for a white ticket in any pocket and a made in the USA label. IT looks like a European licensed jacket or perhaps An Asian made for the European or Asian market.  Unless you can find these tickets I believe this is not a Schott made in America jacket which is more desirable.
