As many of our friends know we are located in New Jersey and took a pretty hard hit with Hurricane Sandy. At the Schott factory we lost both power and phones from 10/28 when the hurricane hit until 11/7 which was this past Wednesday. We worked with generators for a limited amount of power to continue shipping our customer's orders as best we could. We did our best to use cell phones and emails to repond to our customers. As with any interuption of service, things get delayed, emails may have been missed.
We are working our way through and we will reply to all your inquiries ASAP. Please if you submitted a custom request or email inquiry that we have not resonded to as of yet, please bear with us. If by 11/14/12 we have not replied to your inquiry please email us again. Blog inquiries and question will be replied to as quickly as possible, but replies will be delayed at this time.
All of us at Schott apologize for any inconvenience you may have incurred for any delay in shipping your orders, email replies and custom order requests. We also want to thank all of you who have been so understanding, sending us your well wishes, and concerns for us. Because of you and your support we are able to celebrate our 100th.
