Rick,

This is an easy fix, you can do yourself. You need to replace just the slider and if you contact Jerri in customer service she can help you in getting the zipper pull for your jacket. Once you have the new pull, you will need to remove the "top stop" ("U" shape metal piece above the zipper teeth on the side of the pull), slide off old pull, replace with the new pull and replace the top stop. I have listed Jerri's email address below, you will need to advise her the style number of your jacket and zipper finish (silver/brass/antique etc.) She can then determine what size and zipper finish you need for replacement.

Rick,

Your jacket is the style RACER6 from the year 2000. The jacket has a heavy #10 Molded Plastic zipper which has a Black enamel pull. Please contact Jerri in customer and request this zipper pull from her so you can replace the pull. At the top of the zipper side with the pull, you will see a metal "U" shape piece known as the top stop. You need to remove this top stop and remove the old pull, slide on new pull and replace the top stop. I have listed Jerri's email address for you: jerri@schottnyc.com

Hi, the main zipper on my 118 just fell off. I was wondering how to fix mine.

For a new zipper pull for your jackt style #118 you need a #10 Nickle pull for the repair. Follow the same instructions I posted for Rick for the repair. Email your name, address and the type of pull you need to. If you have any additional help for the repair please conatct me. Contact is still Jerri email: Jerri@schottnyc.com
