Hurricane Sandy hit Schott prety hard. They lost power for a few days and were not able to ship orders out. So they are busy catching up with orders, emails, and custom requests, i would imagine the forum topics are the least of their worries right now, bear with them and all will be replied to.
To all our blog members please be a little patient, as I am trying to catch up with all your posts. We were closed the first week after the hurricane hit and the second week our company worked the first 3 days withour electric, heat, and phones. During that time we were able to do some shipping manually and respond to our customers using cell phones. We also worked from homes which had generators making emails from our customers able to be answered. We did our best to accommodate our customers and yes, the blog was not something I was not able to do. I think this week we are hopefully back to a more normal work day, so I will try to make a dent in the posts. Gail
