Schott sucks junk save your money

Dudes Here's what I know from the experience - Schott did not post my comment in their reviews since they did not like it. Not posting all the reviews negates the whole point of reviews if you they are going to post only those that they like. Schott HH sucks, how do I know? I purchased one from Schott for over $800 Schott HH cafe racer few weeks ago. The hide is not heavy at all but rather flimsy thin, I even wonder if it is horse hide. Now I have Vanson and Aero. Far superior quality. May be in some years past Schott made "real" HH jackets, but now days they are peddling junk. The customer support is there to just brush you off. Anyway, I'm not happy with Schott and not happy that they are dishonest in posting the reviews, they filter them and post only those that they like (or fake ones). Hey Schott where is my review of HH Cafe racer I paid you over $800 for ? I purchased the jacked based on the reviews not knowing they are fake - taking you guys to court and want my money back. Exchange my jacket for the real one or refund my hard earned money. Alex

Dear Alex, We have a very clear return policy. If you are not satisfied with a jacket, and the jacket is unworn and in first quality condition with the tags still attached, you can return it within 90 days. You decided to wear the jacket for "a little over a month" and then apparently changed your mind. By removing the tags and wearing the jacket, you are no longer able to return it. We post all reviews (positive or negative) as long as they are constructive and don't contain threats. Your review threatened us about taking us to court if we don't accept your return, and that doesn't belong in a product review.

This is a reply to jason Schott C'mon Jason - "clear return policy", blah blah. How about customer service? The customer - that is me not happy with the misrepresentation of the product, simple as that. How bout going out of your way making sure that the customer is happy instead of creating so-called "policies" and then hiding behind them. Now as far as my posts - I'll post another one without mentioning of the court (taking you to court anyway). Let see if you keep your word this time and post it. Lets see if you can keep your word this time. Alex All this time this time wasted just to off your customers even more - I wonder how long the business will last.

I'm with Robonology, every other company totally lets you test drive a jacket for over a month then demand a refund, then always caves as soon as you start to troll their message boards. Why is Schott so unfair? At this rate, the fledgeling company won't last very long. It's totally their fault that horses don't have evenly thick skin. What kind of a sham are they running? I can't believe they expect us to find the Return Policy link that's on every single product page, next to the "add to bag" button. What do they think we are, detectives? And what's the deal with censoring our threats? #ThanksObama

I'm reluctant to get in the middle of this but here goes. I just took delivery of a 689hh and it's a fantastic jacket. There is no question it's horse hide as compared to my other cowhide jackets and the thickness of the leather is consistence throughout. I'm extremely happy with the jacket and it's construction. It's unfortunate Mr. ColeSlaw had such an negative experience.

Dphillip, I was just being sarcastic. I think Schott's awesome so when Robology started bashing them I decided to finally create an account and tease him a bit. I'm not a big fan of internet trolls like him, especially when people like you and me are happy with our jackets, its a shame that such a vocal minority thinks they can cause a scene to get attention.

To employees of Schoot posing as customers: First off my money paid part of your salary, second my friends money will not pay your salary. No I do not expect every horse to have the same hide thickness, on the other hand I'm wasting my time on you since what could you possibly know about horses - have you owned one? I have. All you do is repeat the same broken record that Schott training pounded into your heads "Oh the horses have different thickness of hides ..." No way - I could have never guessed it. Schoot is not the only HH jacket I have, I own Lost World, Vanson, Aero. Neither of those companies have a lousy customer service, my jacket cafe racer in HH by not means a "riding jacket" its thin and flimsy, is made for posers not riders. Btw, great marketing ploy - keep bashing your customers and see how that helps your business. ColeSlaw - c'mon you are an employee of Schott - way to obvious, save the BS, at least Jason Schott had the decency to use his own name. You are the troll sir cowardly hiding behind ColeSlaw, I complain because I'm a customer - I own a pair of Schott leather pants (nice job there) and a lousy HH jacket (poor job there ). Most importantly the customer service is the worst. BTW if you check your profiles all the employees posing here as "customers" have their emails set to "private" in your profiles. Who's trolling now ? Lame indeed.

I can't speak for Dphillip & FrankX, but I'm not a Schott employee, and I've unprivatized my email if you wanted to cry me a river so I can put it directly into my Trash folder.
