Hard to say....Well, it could be a I-S 674 M-S from the 80's.see the links below (pretty same jacket in brown)The tag size really look like a schott but who know?

The USA size flag label looks to be like what we use, but the content and care label is not something we use. It may have been a special production lot we did for a comapnay and they sent the labels to us to use. It appears on the pocket snap there is an imprint of a Logo name on the snap, though I am unable to read it. Dis you check in the pockets for the white ticket with numbers? Gail
