The Cycle Rider jackets with this label were produced from 1971 - 1978 they were a special line of jackets produced for Motorcycle retailers selling motorcycle jackets and accessories.  It appears to be very similar to our style 654 which we produced from 1970-1975. The quilted shoulders and elbows are not a familar feature to me. It is possible the quiled areas were added on to enhance or repair parts of the jacket? From the photos I cannot tell, though it is a possibility. Gail
