Factory defect or fake?

Hi, i recently bought at ebay strange jacket, it looks like caf1, with little differences. Made in USA, but wrong tailored: one corner below the other corner, at the bottom. Crookedly sewn label, no lining, no bi-swing back. Many Chinese jackets sewn higher quality. Is it factory defect or fake? Thanks.

This was a jacket that was special production for Restoration Hardware, the style was their style RHCAF. I can confirm we produced the jacket, but I cannot confirm the history of the jacket as it is a used jacket purchased on Ebay. Gail
