B-6 Sheerling and A-2 ID?
Watch this Post

Hi there. I just picked these up online and was hoping you could help me 1) identify which years they were produced and in your opinion are they of good condition? 2) Is the A-2 cowhide or goatskin? and does the b-6 only have sheepskin or would they have included other hide aswell? I ask about the years because the A-2 is a size 40 and Im sceptical on whether it will fit me or not. Thank you and regards

The B-6 jacket was always made in sheepkin, this tyle is 267S produced from 1985-1989. The A/2 jacket is either the 174 in naked cowhide or 674 in steerhide, this label was used in these styles from 1980 - 1988. Earlier jackets had this label but it was a tyvek material and 1988 was the last year we nade the styles. Older jackest usually have a smaller cut. Gail
