The jacket is our 618 and appears to be in very good condition. Just keep in mind that our  618 steerhide jacket has a smaller cut, the size 42 would have the fit of a size 40 jacket. Our vintage steerhide styles are still cut on the original patterns and are a smaller cut. Gail
