THIS JACKET IS BRAND NEW. (I STILL HAVE THE TAGS.) NEVER WORN OUTSIDE. NEVER SEEN A DROP OF WATER. WORN THREE TIMES! THREE! NOT EVEN CLOSE TO BROKEN IN. 500 FIRM YOU KNOW WHAT I PAID FOR THIS COAT. I DON'T HAVE THE DIMENSIONS. YOU CAN ASK GAIL. I BOUGHT THIS COAT ON THIS SITE TWO MONTHS AGO ALONG WITH THE 641 HH SIZE 46. I HAVE RECEIPTS AND TAGS FOR BOTH. I'd be interested if it was a TRUE size 48. They used to measure about 27" across the chest. I think the newer Schotts are only 24 which would be best for someone that normally wears a 44. Dont you have a tape measure ? The last phone info I got on a size was DEAD wrong. Also no price listed, is this best offer?

The price listed is 500. (Plus shipping) I paid well over 700 less than 2 months ago. I still have the receipt. Gail can give you all the dimensions for this coat. I would say that it is a 27 cut to cut. I have a 46 inch chest and I have plenty of room to move around in it.

According to the specs from Schott the 48 is 26 across the chest.

may i have more pictures of the jacket interested in buying it also dressed up with reference of your height-weight i am 6´4´´ and 240 lbs well build and have Perfecto 118 in size 48 (from 2012) which fits almost perfect although i would prefer it was even more slim fitting i also own schott perfecto 118 size 50 from 1997 (hardly ever worn)- can be considered new, which unfortunately fits a bit too tight and definitely too short on the waist

The jacket is on eBay with more photos and dimiensions.  The cut to cut is around 26 inches (52) so you might want to measure your chest expanded and add two to three inches for comfort when riding.

Whats the big secret with the measurements ? Schott sizing is all over the place,

Different styles of Schott jackets have different measurements that also change in the years. So if you take a 118 from the 80's it will be different in measurements from the same style 118 produced in e.g. 2013. For my height it is also important the back length which in the older styles of perfecto was too short and which was updated in the last years, so today's Perfectos have longer back panel.

i checked it on e-bay and i saw you were asking more than 700 for it. also in no picture i could see the left lapel/collar - is it ok straight and firm as it has to be?

one more thing - could you shoot a picture of the small pocket label with the bar code visible to see the year of make of the jacket. and does it have a snap to hold the buckle under the belt as i do not really like it on the new jackets
