The 1928 was a Limited Edition Jacket, all jackets were embossed with a registration number and a certificate of authenticity. The production of these original style jackets from 1928, at some point may be offered again as a limited edition jacket, but probably not for several years. If it was re-introduced again it will would probably be on a anniversary date, such a 2013 marking our company's 100th. Anniversary.  We can make a custom jacket for you, but we would be unable to provide a registration number or certificate for the jacket.
