The 118 in both size 44 & 46 will have a 25" back length, if you have a long torso it could be short on you. The jacket should end slightly below your belt at the top of the hip area. If a motorcycle jacket is too long, when you are riding the bottom o the jacket will hit the seat on the bike causing the jacket to push up. If you have a longer torso, or just want a longer length then you can order the 118L which is a long, this would be a 27" back length. You will also gain a 1" longer sleeve length on a long size. Exchanging the 118 regular will not increase the length of the jacket, going up a size will increase the width of the jacket by 2" and the sleeve will be a 1/2" longer. Gail
